3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Generally, return shipping costs are covered by the customer. When you return an item, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees to send it back to us.
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to a product defect, or if we made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or size), we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label to send the item back to us at no charge.
4. Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: We’ll need your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. If you’re exchanging for another size or color, let us know your preferred choice.
- Return Authorization: After verifying your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Ship Your Return: Package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Use a shipping carrier of your choice to send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during your purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned item for your refund to be processed.
